This is real. It does drop off Slarghilugs in Plane of Nightmare. It's used to make Night Terror Tempers for Crafter Night Terror Armor.

Or is this being confused with Fetid fluid?
There are three items which might be confusing: fetid slime (whose icon looks like nardoo, kinda leafy and green), fetid fluid (which is just a yellow vial icon), and even a "fetid vial of fluid" (whose icon is like that of some poisons, only stackable). I am not sure if this site has the last one mentioned yet, and I am not aware of its use. However, this item is indeed legit, as are the uses listed.
edit: there isn't a "fetid vial of fluid" there is a "putrid vial of fluid"... sorry.

Thanks for the info. Nice to see some people actually use this great sight for something more than senseless flaming. Now just to find some Fetid slime...) Lots of Fetid Fluid for sale in the bazaar...no slime though ever. Is this a rare drop off the Slarghilugs in PoN?

I foraged some Fetid Fluid is in PoD.
Ya know, I am not really sure if their scarcity on the market is caused by their being a rare drop, lack of people hunting that mob, or the fact that most people up there hunting it know tradeskillers in their guild (or even group) and so they never enter the market. *shrug*

I think there are not a lot of slug hunters out there.... I got 3 of the fetid slime in an hour hunting them with a decent group.
