Planes of PowerOh, and it looks sweet as heck too. Picked one of these up totally by accident while farming stuff for Glittering Rings of Judgement.

Blood Leech, the mob which drops this, I can only assume spawns within one of the trials?
Assumption based on the quality of this item versus quality of the other weapon drops from this zone which aren't trial involved.
If so, which trial?
If not, how do you cause him to spawn, and whereabouts does he spawn.

Blood Leech is a named worm mob that spawns in the caves. Rare spawn with place holders. It doubles for up to 405. I don't remember if it rampages but it will enrage.

even with the optimal ratio on this weapon... it is still not as good as braid of golden hair that drops off tunare tho it does come close. the only catch is that this weapon wont be as consistant with damage as braid of golden hair because of the 2 magic damage on this stick
hmm 15/21 w/proc from 2 expansions ago compared to an 11/19?
Glad I kept my combat skills maxed since PoP came out.
Only one still lagging at the moment is two handed slashing, but it will get up soon as I get a hold of the 45/35 Ranger Blade.
Im amazed, it seems verrant is making weapons for all the classes without stereotyping their weapon types used anymore. Ranger/Warrior used to always be 1hs, Paladins/Sk 2hs for the most part.
Too bad the damage on this item is magic based though, Poison or Disease would be much better for 99% of encounters.
Still the Hps and the optimal ratio of 13/19 are a quite nice item, though I doubt we will see many people giving up lets say Baton's of Flame or Kerizzen's Flames for it :)
