Jacinths drop in highlevel planes and dungeons. The most common spot is Old Sebillis. People usually sell Jacinths to vendors, who pay 166pp with 110 cha. So you should have no problem buying them for 200pp a piece, at least on most servers.

The jacinth dropped off of the Swarmmother in North Karana. But i killed her just once, so I have no idea, if the jacinth is a rare or common drop.

Silver might be a low level metal but the AC boost is nice for melee types. I wear a silver jacinth and a velium jacinth. The velium jacinth makes up for the lost SvM on the silver so that I get an overall AC 10, SvM 7... not bad I think.

This item should trivial at 65. These are rarely ever made, though, because, by the time you get to the point where you can either (1) kill the type of mobs that drop jacinths or (2) afford the 4-digit prices that normally get charged for them by player sellers, you've probably gotten better enchant metal spells (Electrum at 16, Gold at 24, Platinum at 34, Velium at 44).
On the other hand, though, I believe this ring has the best AC of all the jacinth rings, and, if you can deal with the MR hit, I say go ahead and make it. :)

Jacinths are drop only, Im trying to find where they drop
Anybody know the required jewelry making skill level for this item? Also, the cost of the items to combine? Would like a couple for all my melee class characters. Thanks in advance and good luck.

I see jacinth's go for 1k pretty regularly on my server... they drop in high level places, such as the plane of hate.
