Shouldn't there be a level to attain this, due to the fact that you can't enter the other planes unless you are a certain level?

Can this quest be done solo or will it take a group or an entire raid force?
You're going to need multiple groups for this quest (Enchanters are a must). Your main goal is to keep Eino alive as he paths away and attacks different groups of mobs. Unfortunately his AI isn't exactly bright and you will need to coordinate groups to keep mobs off of him as he will continually look for more targets.

Acoording to most posts and my info I've seen as long as you have a balanced group this is cake. The Eino guy is no push over. Unlike that stupid gnome in PoI he will actually help against the monsters with decent damage. You do need a chanter most of all and a bard would help but other than that it just takes dps. If you've ever been in a group that can handle tipt you'll know what to expect only with less damage and more hps...

I'm pretty sure that this has "Effect: see Invisible" as well.
