ItemIMO the trully sad thing about this item is that Verant actually took the time to create it and attribute it to a mob. Verant disabled the loot but took the time to add this? Seems to me like a petty and mean-spirited response to their inability to complete a mob encounter (and insult the player). All things considered it would have taken less time and effort to leave it out of the game.
And if they did intend it as a joke why are there not more items named like this one in the game?
You know, like the "Krusty Saber of the Kill Stealer" or "Putrid Pants of the Power Leveler"? Just an observation.
