I have done search after search on this Tunic and can't find the stats listed anywhere on alakaz or in any of the posts. Does ANYONE have this tunic and if so would you please post the stats?

Anyone know what quest this is for? I got one of these on a twink BL I have camped in Perma, but haven't heard word on the use for it yet.
Used for a Druid Breast Plate Quest in Jaggedpine Forest...
In short...
Talk to Nolan Greenwood in Jaggedpind Forrest (you need decent faction to start this off by the way). He will ask you for a silver griffon feather and a Jade Studded Rawhide Tunic.
The Silver Griffon in NK will provide you with the feather. Its a level 40 Shadow Knight that certainly liked to HT my druid... doesn't appear to like snares either as its invulnerable to speed changes, but certainly not hard to kill at level 51.
Now start to cry... as the next part will take a while...
The Jade Studded Tunic is the result of talking to <first name> Wyndrunner (I'll edit his first name later if I can remember it). He will provide you with the tunic in exchange for the above listed Pouch of Polished Jade Stones from Greshvoul and a Black Rawhide Tunic.
Ok.. Lastly... the Black Rawhide Tunic. This is manufactured with the tailoring skill by a high level tailor. You will need:
1x Flawless Panther Hide, (from Elishia Blackheart possibly other named)
1x Dew of the Hatchling, (Forage in JPF - NoDrop)
1x Jaggedpine Sap, (Forage in JPF - NoDrop)
1x Wisp of Potemeid Hair (From Potemeids oddly enough)
Combine the Panther Hide, Dew of the Hatchling and Jaggedpine Sap to make a Cured Panther Hide.
Combine The Wisp of Potemeid Hair and the Cured Panther Hide to finally produce your Black Rawhide Tunic. (/cry when the combine fails ;-)
Assuming you've made the tunic and got the above gems... Go see Mr Wyndrunner and hand in the Black Rawhide Tunic and the Polished Jade Stones.
You receive a Jade Studded Rawhide Tunic.
Then finally off to JPF to get your nice new Breastplate from Nolan Greenwood by handing in the Silver Griffon Feathers and a Jade Studded Rawhide Tunic.
There... easy...

I have tried combining the Flawless Panther Hide, Dew of the Hatchling and Jaggedpine Sap in a tailoring kit.. It says that these items will not combine in this container type. What the heck do you use??

Lerian in SFG will combine these items for you... Give him the Flawless, dew, sap for the Cured Panther Hide.

Lerian Wyndrunner is at LOC neg 13, neg 342 in Surefall Glade. You are to combine this Cured Panther Hide with "Wisps of Potemaid Hair" which, talking to Jhaya Wyndrunner (LOC neg 321, neg 477), will reveal is a drop from the Potemaid Maidens. All of the potemaids that I have killed have dropped Potemaid Hair (not just the maidens), but not Wisps of...Also, I confirm "stickman's" post that the normal hair does not combine in a loom or tailor kit (by a near-GM tailor). This leads me to believe there could be a rare drop just from the maidens called "Wisps of...." I have not been able to find one yet, please confirm this if you know anything.

From speaking with all three of the related Jaggedpine/Glades NPC's involved in this quest, it seems the BP is called the "Tunic of the Pine."

I was running to rathe and the B**** jumped my warrior she was green but with 1k Ac she still was landingthe occasinal hit for mid 60's. Wasnt to hard she died quickely but dropped the bracer and 2 fine steel weapons 4pp and again Im pretty sure the bracer.
