Got a part off of a Boruk Hunter today.
FYI these are just inside the zone, past the ravens. The first pull you will get 3 or 4 mobs, which you can remedy by just snaring the first one you see and then zoning. This will allow you to break into the zone if you are soloing them and start a rotation.
After the first couple of mobs you will get singles and can camp them all day. Not bad xp for the trouble. They rarely resist snare or root and hit for 275-425 so its best to just root rot them.

These drop off the Tormentors, uber werewolves that inhabit the plane of torment. The entrance to the plane of torment is the black cube in hovering over the pool in between the buildings that house pok book, bank, vendors in plane of tranquility. They don't summon or have a noteworthy amount of hp, but when you agro them they will use a 30 sec snare ability on you, happy hunting =)

Where is this drop found, i am intersted in making this, and i am wondering if it is a rare drop, and what mob it drops off of. And maybe a approx price for bazaar.

On the Saryrn Server, the Bloody Tormentor Parts go from 100 to 300pp per part. Hope that helps.
