A regular Platinum Bar will produce a statless though augmentable version of this item, also called Platinum Hematite Ring. To get the stats, you need to use the enchanted version.

I have a Golden Hematite Choker with same stats (7FR) as this ring, but am unable to find it eithere here or on EQPrices. It must be priceless!
