By the way I am casting this spell flawlessly with an evocation skill of 60. Max for lvl 34 is 175. Just for that fact it is the best nuke we get until then. :p...

I think the point of this spell is flee insurance. It is great for speeding up a fight cus of the measly casting time but really how many times do stupid mobs run off in a dungeon and get you killed with adds. I kind of like it better than the other nukes too because it is very fast for the damage and your melee will be the main source of damage from you...

This spell isn't to bad, the recast time is extremely long. Cast this and then 3 or 4 spirit strikes while waiting on it to become available for recast.
