Yes this skull can be MQ'd but is no drop, for the intmdediate book. I've MQ'd 2 books for friends of mine. FYI Careful as of a few weeks ago they have revamped the Rallius encounter, a "Gargantuan Spider" which is untargetable until it hits you, spawns blocking the cave exit which will cast "Avatar snare" which seems to be unresistable (using uber buffs, resist gear and 64 bard song psalm of Veeshan it landed 4 out of 4 times). Divine Aura and Kazumi's Melody of preservation will block it from attacking/casting snare on you due to invulnerability status, GOOD HUNTING!
