I picked one of these up in PoN last night and had never seen one before. Was hoping to find some answers here, but no luck. Checked under beastiary and quests by zone also and nothing about this item there either. Someone must know something about it. I have it in the bank until I know more. I've seen this in the bazaar on 7th hammer for 7kpp... anyone know what it's for or is that seller just trying it on because it's so rare?
