Planes of Power
My original post said that the Bronze Statue of Bathezid is better than this.
I was incorrect, as AC + HP is better, and though I lost ~20hp with this as opposed to the Statue, I gained roughly 13 ac.
My group got this in Plane of Disease off a sengian fly. (BIG tsetsian near the GY in PoD.)

Stats?? I bought it for the particle effect! Due to the bug that allows me to equip a 2-Hander and have the range slot item showing up in the off-hand. It's a blue glowy thing with little blue stars coming out of it.
Drops of the Arachnae Parians, rarely.
Maybe a bst would use it? a low 50s bst at that.

Well, 8 STA and 7 AC (maybe a bit more if you add in the AGI) are all very nice for a range slot item for any Melee. +10 SvDisease is also excellent if fighting stuff like the Mushrooms in FG.
