Just a quick note - check out the stats on the misty thicket picnic.

The Hero Sandwich is even better than the Misty Thicket Picnic item, but costs much more (sometimes 500 plat each, when you can find them at all).

The trick to these is to put these in the top backpack slot on your character so that you can get the stat benefit, then forcefeed your self the nonstat food.

My characters use hero sandwiches for food and Juice of Quellious for drink. Then I keep at least 2 stacks of ohabah truffles and Fuzzlecutter Formula 5000 on each of my toons - every half hour or so, I forcefeed my character till I get the "you cannot eat/drink anymore, you would explode!" message - then I know I've got about a half hour till I have to eat again.

Using this method, I never eat my stat food - saves me TONS of money.
