remember not everybody likes to do the trade skill side of the game req for the prayershawl a lot of peeps rather get item by killing mobs and raids. all in all this is a nice item and most def not just a twink item

There may not be a ton of better shoulder slot items out there, but there definatly are better and they arn't level restricted to 53 or require a high level raid to get the privlage of entering the zone where they drop. By the time you can get these yourself, you should be able to do at least the 7th coldain prayershawl if not the 8th. At best I see this a twink gear from a rogue who runs a pure caster on the side and never bothered to realy equip or play it.
