anyone know what quest it's for? The vendor offers 71pp for it...
the quest:
You find a vendor
you click on the coin, and hit "sell"
Reward: 71 or so plat

Hmmm....
I have no idea why people moderated the parent post down - Natem is quite correct. Not every single drop in the game is used in a quest - Allakhazam seems a little too keen to mark items as "used in a quest" without any proof. There are plenty of drops at this level that are sinply decent loot to sell to vendors.
Quest drops are frequently NO DROP and/or not sellable to vendors. Something that sells for 71pp looks pretty clearly intended to be loot. At least that's my experience.
