Trivial?

I have a skill of 137 and made this without a hitch. said I could no longer advance my skill from making this item. The pre-combine Unfired stein is however much higher then my skill. Made them at 135 and got 6 of 20 tries.

The trivials listed here seem meaningless. The trivial for making the unfired stein is probably right, but firing items has a VERY low trivial, and rarely are these even mentioned. I don't know where the value above came from, but it isn't correct. *shrug*

The values above are absolutely correct. if you'll notice, the firing combine trivial listed here is 34. Yes the pottery wheel combine trivials are ALWAYS much higher than the firing combine, but there are 2 very good reason for that....

#1 SOE is being nice to the people who are just doing combines for tradeskills, why fire things if all you're looking for is skillups, save yourself time and money, do the wheel combine and sell the unfired.

#2 SOE is being nice to the people who want to make a specific item with pottery, how upsetting would it be to make the pottery wheel combine on a desired item, only to then fail at firing it?

in short, firing combines are much lower trivial than pottery wheel combines because it is, after all, an optional step.. those just out for skills dont do it, and those out to make a particular item scarecely fail at it if they can make the wheel combine.

Hmm...

...the +9 sta would mean more hp for those warriors that always get into bar fights....a nice item indeed.

I dunno about a sober warrior holdin' one of these. Granted, it does have a NICE stamina and Agility enchancement to it, but wouldn't you rather have a SHIELD? Maybe another weapon if you're the dual-wielding type?

On another note... do you KNOW how hard it is to brawl in a barfight without spilling your ale? (Hint: NOT easy... not even for monks)

Opinions are like (-EDITED-), we all have one... and sometimes they stink.
