It was all he dropped, mob that dropped it was a joke, just a ton of hp

This IS a nice enchanter item, but there is only one problem...
This item is used to finish this quest:

To get this item:
everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=16735
Considering that this quest is what gets you to the mob that drops this in the first place, AND that everyone on the raid gets rewarded by recieving a flag for Crypt of Terris Thule, if this item were given to a chanter, it would SERIOUSLY rob some poor shadowknight.

perhaps one should do the Quest first and then start writing like a all knowing sage. Even the text says a "dagger" - i fail to see what relevance the shoulder piece has to do with it?
Still the piece is rather mediocre considering how hard this encounter really is - i would not bid on it. 8th shawl is much better and so is Terrorclaw hide for Necromancers.

Allak has some quests with items listed as results that aren't really *turn in* results, but actually drop off mobs during the 'quest' (these quests are usually 'walk' type quests)...this is the case here, the final mob in the quest to get flagged for Crypt of Terris Thule *can* drop both items, this item is not turned in for anything, so yer not robbing a sk of their sword (not yer fault if this drops instead). The actual result of the quest is the flag to enter Crypt of Terris Thule which is obtained by doing the walk, killing the boss, looking Thelin's dagger piece, handing it to him, and then hailing him after he does his thing

Actually, this item does not finish the quest resulting in the SK sword. My guild did this quest last night and both the caster item here and the sk sword you speak of drop off of the quest boss mob.

This is dropped by A Contruct of Nightmares which is the boss during the Hedge quest in PoN. Very fun encounter and I was lucky enough to win this. It's a two enchanter encounter and bring some tanks and a couple healers for the boss. The Contruct is easily slowable and does not have an AE and we did him handily with 10 the other night. Finishing this quest will also get everyone on the raid flagged for Terris Thule's Lair which is one less flag to get. Hope this info helps good luck!

The only thing BOGUS about the Cloth Quests is the work it takes to get it done. None are MQ able as u have to have the skills up. But the Flowing Thought effects on the 7th and 8th shawl make them much better than this. :) (Flowing thought works like Perma Crack and are stackable with Crack too :) )
