A chanters dream come true. :p

Nice, small, hopefully affordable. But can it be stored in othe containers? If not then there's not much point to it.

All I can say is WOW as well.
Look at the ingredients.
Good thing these are LORE or we would
see GnomeVender01 with a Qnty of 200
for sale at 1-2k each and then people
would finally get it's true value.
Why else do you see GnomeVender01 with
all the collapsed kits?

Er, if you mean mortar and pestle, that one has been added too. Bought one today for 350 in the Bazaar on Sol Ro (though most people were selling it for 500). It's useful, not just for rogues, but for potters who need it to make white lead for glaze, and for any tradeskiller who needs to make celestial essence.

Now just wish they'd add a collapsed glaze mortar, hehe.

I'd like to know more about this item and summoned jewel kit.
Does it have charges, or is it unlimited?
Is the summoned kit no-drop? no-rent? lore?
Thanks in advance :)

Now, if I'm not mistaken (and go ahead and rate this post as **** if I am), this item sounds great! I mean, if you're only a jeweler, nah... but most enchanters out there can not only make the fashion accessories, they can do the whole wardrobe - from arrows to armors.

Why is it sooooo great? Well, it's kinda like being able to put a bag in a bag. Say you have a backpack filled w/ these collapsable kits, for different types. Now, if you're like me, you not only have your inventory and bank filled with sewing kits, jeweler kits, smithing tools, fuzzy dice, yadda yadda... you've got so many extra ingredients that even your MULE is staggering from the weight of all those pelts and picnic baskets.

With that said, having 1 bag filled with these "collapsables" is nothing short of great! Now, instead of 4 slot/6 slot kits taking up all of your inventory slots, now all you need is 1 bag to hold your collapsables, and an open slot to put it. Remember those extra spots? 10-slot bags, baby! Yeah, baby, yeah! And the bank? YEAH! YEEEAAHH! And the mule? YESSSSS! YESSSS! OHHH YESSS!

I don't get Gummer's idea, but I like these items for other reasons.
You still can't have containers within containers...at least, not containers that actually CONTAIN something. You have to un-collapse them (and use up a main inventory slot) to put anything in them. This is not a containable container at all; just an item that summons a container, and a 4-slot one at that. Very different. If you want to maximize the amount of junk you can carry around, you're still better off with a full rack of 10-slot bags.

That said, I DO like these for a reason that's kind of the opposite. I don't normally carry bags in all 8 slots, I keep at least one open to avoid messy situations where I need to deal with another container. And it sucks to carry tradeskill containers around if they're smaller than 10-slot (especially jewelry kits.) But not any more! With this line of items, assuming unlimited charges, you can tote a jewelry kit, a toolbox, hopefully a kit for EVERY tradeskill, without much penalty now. When not in use they're an item in a bag, and with one inventory slot open, you can do your combines on the spot as you hunt.
Cool!
