Not to mention that Druids are perfectly capable of filling in on a CH chain. The 65 Druids in my guild can CHeal for over 5k now. I have around 7400 HPs fully buffed. On a CH cycle I usually get healed around 20%. You do the math. The recast time isn't a factor, either since you aren't chain casting, you are part of a chain of casters. There is always enough time between turns for it to recycle.

Shammies can't really, but I can XP grind pretty easy with a high level shammie in the group healing.

The reason they determined that a 10k CH was too powerful was because of people charming Giants in Kael to kill Vindi with. They have alot more than 10kHP, so every CH was hitting for full. It wasn't an exploit, but it did allow a few encounters to be gimped. At that time a Warrior with 8000HPs was outstanding, so it didn't effect anyone else.

actually the original nerf capped cleric CHs at 10k. when they could completely heal a chamred mob for 50-60k it was an unbalanced to hell spell. one chanter and a cleric could solo raid mobs with ease. So Clerics capped at 10k wich is about all a tank can use for the most part, even if you have 10.5k hps your Ch should land with more than 4% health or they're taking too long.

That may have been true, but currently, CH only heals for 7500hp, prior to AA.

As to the whole thing about druids not being able to do CH chain, thats not true for most mobs, even with the 10k+ tanks. Just have to reduce the delay between casters, to make up for the smaller heals. A six druid CH chain, with 2 seconds between casters, should keep almost any tank alive, on all but the hardest fights. The only worry when you do that, is whether the mana pools of the healers will last through the whole fight.

Yes cleric CH is better, but Druids CAN be used in CH chains.
