Does this deviace not work on certain races/classes? Tried to use it for fun and it didnt make my toon grow at all.
Doesn't work on large race unless they were shrunk previously. So basically cant be bigger than troll or vah shir.
how big can you get with these?

yea i aksed the same guy that tinkered my clockwork vambracers and these shrink and grow device are also rechargable in the same way....combine in toolbox with a mana battery....not sure wich battery for these , i would guess class 5 considering theres 20 charges

That's to create the item. Not recharge it.
I have seen some of the new tinkered items that are rechargeable by combining a new mana battery with the item. Has anyone checked to see if this can be recharged?

Yes, these can be recharged by combining with a Mana Battery - Class Six, in a toolbox
Might be a little off topic but I've seen a Dwarf that was a little bigger than my Vah Shir... GO GROWTH!
