You are right in one part, the effort to get these is pretty hard, and these aint that good for the effort, (for some classes id say good poison type raid) but the main reason to kill da spider is to get to grummis. I MUST STEP ON SPIDEEE

Thank the lucky stars that this item isn't -DR and -PR, given that it's supposedly rotting bile...that seems like it would have been an easy design decision.
