Planes of PowerOn June 11th, 2003, there was a patch that "supposedly" labeled all tradeskill items as being for Tradeskills. After the patch, this item is NOT listed as being for a tradeskill. So I can think of only 3 possibilities.
1) This is for a quest.
2) Verant forgot to label it as being for a tradeskill.
3) Verant screwed up and there simply is no use for this.
As an optimist, I believe it is probably for a Quest.

hm... as far as I read, he never mentionned anything like it... he just mentions a possible change on *the infos that show up when you look at the item in game* ... aren't you being a bit aggressive ? =)
Not to mention Verant has nothing to do with this =P
