Planes of Poweri want this item and answer to the druid tanks.
If a druid tanks in the forest and no one is around to see him then he will die.
Trust me i am a lvl 54 druid

I was in a group in PoI today (it was a terrible one by the way) and this dropped off of the first mob we killed. Thinking it was a shoulder item I said need before greed (I'm currently using a swashbuckler's mantle) but then I soon realized it was a neck item. I still won the roll on it and notice I could still use it. Swapped the symbol of loyalty to nadox (current range) with my gantru charm (current neck) and now I'm wearing this comfortably around my neck. Go me! First mob! Coyote Sausage!

Was in PoI for 3 hours last night with a good group. Everyone walked away with one of these. Only 1 person could actually use it and since it cannot be sold to vendors, I expect to see them show up in the bazaar shortly. Probably price mine at 1500 and see if it sells. If not it goes into the guild bank.

Can't be sold to vendors. Any idea if this might be a quest item?

It's a nice neck-item, the price wont be this low forever, doubt that.
I will be surprised if it stays this high, actually ;) Was on PoI for maybe 3 hours - say 3 of them drop ;)
Right you are. Average price on Tunare is now 300-400pp. Got mine for 100.
Have personally seen it drop from:

I just had this drop from one of the named near the zone in. It is a nice upgrade to sebilite scale neck. The next upgrade after this is going to be rare aor expensive.
Rare OR expensive? I've never heard those used without each other. Generally if something is rare it IS expensive and if it's expensive it's commonly rare. I suppose there are some non-rare expensive items, but I'm not going to get into that.
