The effect "Lowers the amount of mana consumed when casting summon creature spells. This effect works on spells up to level 20."

If you have one of these and sell it to an NPC vendor you will get approximately 1.143pp. You can buy it from an NPC vendor for approximately 18.899pp. I have seen then for sale in the bazaar from 25-100pp.

Not a bad item for low level Mages, Necros, etc.
