Perfect Owlbear Pelt  

 

I have made 20+ Ralic Packs in the last couple weeks. Couple of pointers that might help those interested in doing this easy quest. It is very doable in the mid 30's range. Kill roaming Grimlings in FM in any of the grimling mines. Seem to spawn about every 2 hours of clearing the roamers. (pack is no-drop, but pattern is tradeable but LORE.)(Tracking helps a ton here)
Perfect pelts in GF seem to drop more off the lower-level Owlbears. Everything hits hard in this zone but it is good exp in your 40's. Drop rate is about 2-3 per 4hr camp.
Silks are easy to farm in HSM. Also can be farmed in catman newbie grounds.
Ralic is in the huge keep surrounded by the giant hedge near the FM zone. Go in through the doors, take the 1st left and then another left. He is through the door on your left.
