Can anyone say Blackened Mace!! Same stats exactly weighs less and has a better ratio. Attanable at lvl 45.... Come on VI if your going to give out the EXACT same items please make them from the same lvl mobs!

Sadly, this is considerably harder to get and involves a 45 minute ring event in Acrylia Caverns. By the time this even is do-able with a single group, this weapon will be totally useless except for getting cyb0r from newbie wood elves.
The reason I ask, is it's equally as bad as the Blessed Grimling Shield I submitted back in January.
Which has also been linked to the named High Priest, instead of the PH generic High Priest which I got it from..
I vaguely recollect there being a 'better' version of the shield with FT1 that dropped from the named, but for the life of me, I can't find it anywhere, so I could be mistaken.

This is in fact a drop from the PH Priest. All of the "Blessed Grimling" sploof drops off the PH. The named High Priest drops (albeit rarely) "Sacred Grimling" version of these items. They aren't linked in, but the Sacred Grimling Mace and Sacred Grimling Shield are both indexed already on the site.

I looted one of these a while back with my 58 druid who at the time was wielding a Koada'dal Falchion of Tunare (and had been for 30 levels). This weapon wasn't any better for melee (like a druid melees at 58, LOL) and the stats were almost the same, except this had 10 mana and 10 hp more. Still, I'm amazed it wasn't on here sooner. I got mine about 3 months ago and sold it the same weekend to a guildie's twink shaman.

For the level to attain this item isn't good. For some reason when I look at this I think "Velium Etched Stone Mace" =)
What I would love to see is a balance between the level you can obtain an item & it's value to you to equip it. It seems the more people that obtain higher levels the higher the equipment standard becomes, It's been long since I've heard anyone auctioning franticaly for a Polished Tomahawk because it was so increadably camped & considered a good weapon for it's level drop. Now a level 22 Warrior with a Polished Tomahawk is laughable. It would be nice to once again have that balance for lower level characters, to be stoked about looting an item you could really use.
I guess this is why some players complain so heavily over the 'Twinking' topic. While I'm neutral on twinking (as it seems fitting to let a player enjoy the game his/her way, be it twinking or have their alt work for their own items) it seems unfair that lower levels should suffer from this higher equipment standard.
Perhaps this weapons also has a Bane damage attached to it, so hard to put trust in the info without the screen shot, mistakes happen, someone forgets to mention the additional info, ect.

I have to just make a comment on the guy who was talking of twinking and making low level drops fun to camp again.
The ability to get an item to at a low level and being fun and having it be a good weapon imho wont happen again. The bazaar has seen to that. Regardless of whether a twink or not (I only have one toon) with the bazaar I just need to find a place to make PP not items, and I can buy almost anything.
However, the camp should be the whole point. The game is a role playing game, not a treasure gathering game. If you want it to be fun have fun. Get some guildies together and role play it. Have fun screaming "I MUST kill you innoruk, for even though I am a devout student of your teachings, your teaching teach me to hate, so I HATE you and MUST SLAY YOU!!!" (a common call from a friend of mine who plays a delf cleric). Enjoy the roleplaying aspect of the game that is so often ignored and you might just find those low level encounters a little more fun.
