I would also agree that it should be changed to extremely rare. The 3 of 5 that I need I have only found on greater skellies.

out of all the parts, this has got to be the RAREST to find. ive found one of the necessary two i need for my mules armor (wanted to see what it looks like, but now with dyes, who cares?)
