Thanks for adding this to the DB. I sent this in because I won these during a GM event in Everfrost (remember the week of war??). FYI, it didn't drop from a mob, it was a /ran 1 1000 GM give away. Now I can add these into my user profile!!

These were replaced with the Indicolite line. They no longer drop. |

Too bad they got nerfed into Indoclite and made warrior only =/
I used to strive to 46 back in the day just so I can go up and get me a pair of these, then BOOM Thornyvine enters the fray, Lustrous Russet is Removed.
And FYI Thorny vine doesnt drop for jack, I got the majority of my pieces way after I got golden leaf already lol.

Lustrous Russett armor definitely dropped in the original Plane of Fear. If memory serves it was removed before the Plane of Hate went live.
It would be nice to know what zone and mobs dropped this armor during the GM event. Maybe they will have this armor drop for a period of time during an event in an old zone, like when Rubicite dropped in Najena for awhile.

Lustrous Russet was removed and turned into Indicolite which had the same stats but warrior only. I remember that like the awesomest rogue on my old server had a suit of this before it was changed. good stuff.
Lustrous Russet was never actually removed. It just stopped dropping. Those who got it before still have it. Recall the pics of the first rogue to get Ragebringer? He was wearing a nearly full set in the pics.
My old DE Cleric still wears em occasionally. So there are some ole timers who still have em in the back of the bank vault.

These dropped on the Plane of Fear when it first opened.
Jeez, I post accurate information and everyone knocks my posting rating through the floor for it. Guess I won't bother from now on :(
