Ruins of Kunark
As of September 2022 on the Yelinak server (in kunark era), it is very difficult to single group this item because all the target mobs are in the Chardok palace. Your only hope is to find a small raid force who are doing Chardok royals and ask them to loot this. Or hope your guild does the Overking raid for cleric epic or something.
On the "sorcerors" the item is not common. It took about 20 kills to get a single one.

I was running around in cabilis and found this fella named rthsirez by the shadowknight/shaman/beastlord guild area. hes in the middle right up the ladders (or you can take the portals to the top and go down once) but anyway, he asks for the flesh of flayed iksar in his quest. This it?

After googling and searching multiple blogs for the "Flayed Sarnak Hide" scrolls purpose, I found nothing to say why it should be kept; therefore, I will have to agree with the "Item Type": Misc.
I have one in the bank and am still trying to figure out what to do with it.

What is this used for? and has anyone tried to idnetify it?
Unfortunately, Identify doesn't give any info on this item, it just says Item Lore: Flayed Sarnak Hide Scroll.
