Felwithe Defenders are the High Elf Pallys. This is for their sword, you turn it in with the Ebon Mask Spy's head.
They are both found in the SW area of GF near the BB zone. They say you have to kill one to get the other to spawn, but i've seen them standing next to each other many of times.

Yes, they do stand next to each other, I killed them lastnight with my Chanty, Charm kiteing can be such fun =) Too bad I have no need for the heads, oh well, maybe I can at least get some quest xp out of em.
