She may be only lvl 40 but really fast and she procs a powerful dispel. A real pain in the butt.
I killed her as a lvl 53 mage without full mana and it was pretty damn close. I don't think you can kill her under lvl 49 solo...
Oh and one thing more - this isn't a good item. I think it's her common though. Get a Shadel Bandit ring instead
