I would appreciate any confirmation if the Clicky SLTW Haste effect wil work before lvl63, giving us the Power to 60pct haste before we normally get the spell.
EDIT: I recently splurged and bought the pattern and the clicky haste worked at lvl61, thanks for the replies. Also, I have since realized that Lucy is great for checking min level for Clicky effects or Procs, it's in the database under 'level for effect' (which is 50 for this ornate tunic). It seems that all Worn effects work at level one even if level for effect is higher though.

Yes, all of the Ornate Clickys work at level 55.
actually, they all work at 50... but short of deleveling or being on fv you cannot get them at 50 anymore.
I don't know what the level requirement of the effects are, but Bors Wharhammer does talk to me and did give me a forge and emblem for 500pp. I'm currently 57 lvl Shaman. So all I need to do is get a pattern and find out.. which means getting a Bastion of Thunder key.. :)

Lvl requirement for all ornate armor is 55 i believe. I got my Scaled avatar sleeves at 56 and they were fine. didnt have any troubles talking to Bors, only prob was getting a pattern, but i got hooked up by a guildie who already had his sleeves.

How about level requirements post-patch. Must be Tier 3 because I can't get the emblem.

You cannot complete this quest unless you are tier two flagged.

What lvl do you need to be to hand in the patter to get this and can it be done if you are not tagd to 2 tier planes?
its mana-free 60% haste. what's not to like?

Anyone know if triggered effect can be cast on others...or is it self only like the damage shield on the Jaundiced Bone Breastplate?
yeah, its castable on others. not the best haste spell in the world, but definitely nice for an exp group when a chanter isnt available.

It is also the best shamanhaste available, which makes it an actual usefull effect.
