I would guess they drop from the various Potameid creatures in Jaggedpine.....
Don't know for sure, I haven't ventured there yet, but if you go under bestiary to the left and search Jaggedpine, you'll see the potameid creatures there....

Yes, potameid parts are a common drop off any of the potameids.
Can somebody please tell me where and what creatures drop this?

Potemaids are E-VIL mermaids. I'm a real nice Fier'Dal and they are just down right mean!
Since they are 'maids they are in the river, far east of Jaggedpine Zone. If you are a Druid or Ranger, most things in here will leave ye alone, if not, getting to the east may prove dangerous. Eaisest pull method is to use levitate or SoE to run over the river, obtain aggro (just by being there) and pull them to shore.
Note: the 'maids are immune to root/snare! Either have a tank or a pet.
There is an undersea cave complex on the far bank, but this drops with common(?) maybe UC frequency from the river b... uhm 'ladies' and the cave is a bit naster.
