I find these to be a decent pair of gloves. Goes with what you're looking for: They look good, have a good amount of int, and for a necromancer - Worm-Eaten Gloves just seem to go with the rest of your equip. Picked up A pair in bazaar for 40pp. It brought my int up and even though my Dusty Bloodstained Gloves gave me +25 mana the int is what I need atm.

i traded 5 stacks of bonechips to a DE bard at kurns tower on terris thule.(i know DE cant be bards, but i dont know what was casting the illusion to be a DE)

For the fashion conscious, these gloves show up as BLACK on my Gnecro! Throw those leaden Gloves of the Gatecaller in the nearest recycling bin.

An update: I recently picked up my set of Shadowbound Gloves, and when I swapped them out, I noticed the Worm Eaten Gloves were quite a bit lighter, a grey vs. the black Shadowbound. But they still look cool, dammit!
