My lvl Pally on Ragefire got this potion Elixir of Greater Concentration how I don't know where, but the notes say Luclin required and Luclin hasn't been opened on Ragefire yet?
recipe anyone?

ok so what is the actual recipe, can not find it anywhere, I am out and have shammy friend willing to make, bought the stuff listed in the post, but he knows not of the recipe and could not get it to work. HELP!!!
recipe anyone?

Check out the Clarity line of potions (Elixir of Clarity I through X). They are craftable and in most cases, better than this one!
recipe anyone?

yeah, but, this buff STACKS with clarity type buffs and mana potions. (the spells listed on that link are the spells which Don't stack with this)
it is no longer craftable though.

BUT .. there are other mana regen clicky buffs available that also stack with mana pots/clarity line.

such buffs are:
Knowledge of the Past, Chaotic Enlightenment, Reyfin's Random Musings, Breath of Selay, Maelin's Methodical Mind, Breath of Rikkukin, Aura of Taelosia, Koadic's Heightened Focus, Aura of Eternity , Adventurer's Aura, Lunar Whispers, Arcane Wolf Familiar .

all those are Clickies from items . You can check lucy for info on what items have those spells and how much mana each one regens. They themselves, Do Not stack with each other.

IMO, the easiet mana regen buff clicky to get is the Direwolf Totem of Spirit . It also gives you a cute wolf pet! that is casters only though, not hybrid useable. Another easy item with mana regen clicky buff is the Girdle of Efficiency, which drops in the MPG group trial from the Master of Efficiency (Projection of Arcana on map)
recipe anyone?

I have been saying this for years, and will say it again. People need to start letting Sony hear how lame alchemy is because of the cost. There are some really nice potions out there, but no one is going to buy them at the cost it takes to make them. It was nice when they added the Luclin archery and grow potions, finally we could raise our skill without it costing an arm and a leg. But here's an idea, healing potions that give you more than a 1hp/pp (sarcasm not a real potion). I would love to see some useful potions that I can sell or wait... USE. Along the same lines how about a nice revamp of poisons while were at it??? Blacksmithing has actually become a viable trade, and most of the others have too. JewelCraft: what mid 50+ player doesn't have some plat and velium raid gear? Or tailored BP (monks probably not). I know I used the +10wis cloak a friend made until I got a Lodi (about 10-12 lvls out of it) So we still have sow potions, but on torv people sell them in PoK for 70pp Thats barely any profit assuming you don't fail.

Please, if you care about being a shaman post on the Sony site about alchemy. The warriors were able to get the fixing they NEEDED by getting the community behind them. And we are not asking for a major change here. Maybe a few new recipes that people will use, and reducing the cost of components. I mean it is the only criplingly capped skill I know about? Does tinkering have the cap that we do? I mean what is it 165-170 for the gate potions (everfrost, innothuel, field of bone and shadowhaven) that takes 30 seconds or some darn thing, who would pay 2k for 10ports? No one would, if they have PoP, and no one did before on any regular basis (think I sold 3 in 2 years) Maybe on other servers they do, but definitely not Torv that I have seen.
Sorry to rant so much, guess you just got me on a cranky day. ;-)
See you on the boards.

What is the true trival
# Oct 11 2003 at 4:32 PM Rating: Decent
This board says this skill is trival at skill of 180, however the shammy board says its trival at 200, can anyone confirm one of these stories please?

Greater Elixir of Concentration Duskglow Vine, Violet Tri-tube >200 +3 point mana regeneration 20 minutes

244 is the trivial. Make it on Saryrn for guildies (mostly low FT clerics) and it's listed at 244 in my medicine bag.

Confirmed trivial at 200.

Prior to PoP, we were limited to level 60. Since alchemy skill level is limted by player level, 180 was the highest anyone could get in alchemy. Since PoP, the highest alchemy can get is 200 (more sever restriction than the level restriction). While that doesn't really answer your question, it should explain where the 180 came from. In answer to your question, this does not trivial at 200. The trivial point is somewhere higher than the highest we can get. This is slightly differnt than being trivial *at* 200 since you will have less sucess rate making this than you would at making something that does trivial right at 200.

Will this stack?

Will this stack with KEI that's been casted on a character?

Yes, both the Elixir of Concentration and this will stack with KEI and everything else apart from the necromancer Mind Wrack spell.

The effect is "Greater Concentration" (not Clarity), and gives 3 mana/tick for 20 minutes.

The trivial on these is substantially higher than for the normal Concentration potion (many more failiures with an alchemy skill of 155 +5%).
