Anyplace evil characters can buy this?
Oggok, Thurgadin, Shadowhaven, Shar Vahl, and Plane of Knowledge will all sell to evil characters. Cabilis too, if you have good iksar faction.
Troll shamans likely won't be able to buy from Oggok (unless they use dark elf or ogre illusion). There aren't any alchemy merchants in Neriak as of yet.

Most herbs and such can be gotten in SH east of the spires in a big building which contains the port pad for the druid, ranger, shaman and beastlord guilds, haven't checked for celandine specifically but hey they have everything else rare thatI've needed.
Anyone know where to buy this?
I buy mine from Severg O'Danos in PoK usually; he's in a room upstairs from the pool. But any city where shamans can start sells this (Gukta, Neriak, Oggok, Cabilis, Shar Vahl, Halas) as well as PoK and Shadowhaven.
I buy mine in Halas, being a barbarian and all. Spirita, one of the two gypsies outside the Temple of Justice (Shaman guild) sells it.
Nope, it is Dargon who sell this....5pp if you con apprehensive too so bring your purse.
