What do you use it for? My guess would be smithing, or failing that, jewelcraft.

The enchantment spell is sold in Neriak, Caster Guild, bottom floor by Mizr N'Mar. (64 platinum)
The Large Bricks of Adamantite are sold in Neriak 3rd Gate, by Draan N'Ryt (+700, -1750). The price for large bricks is 18pp (104 CHA, ally faction).

The bricks are bought in nerinak in the third quarter, just look around for them on one of the vendors. They become enchanted when an enchanter casts, that's right, enchant adamantite on them.
If anybody found any of these bricks in Cazic Thule please post it. I haven't been able to find any yet.
