Two pairs of these dropped after Noggon turned in piece to do Grimling War, at the end when final Mob could be targeted and killed. Some junk sword dropped too. Looks like the AC has dropped from 25 to 20, but some nice new stats added..

I imagine that there is pehaps a quest tied to these to restore them to an un Desecrated state..Just going by typical EQ logic..
Good stuff right here..nice AC for the all races tag. I need to look into these raids.

Not bad legs at all. Please feel free to post a better recommendation at the level attainable. To most low 50's warriors who aren't in an Uber guild, these can at least be acquired and are a heck of a lot better than Crafted. They will certainly do until I can get some of the quested or get in on a PoG raid.

Sure there may not be Stats but look at it this way not that bad of weight as well as some Very nice AC
