I've killed him a few times got a couple captor cords and fiery ring of cunning, and one wand which was kinda nice. He always spawned with the tro jegs up on plateau by the 'big bowl'. Hope this helps, i was farming windstones for smithing was the best place i found. After clearing the camp 2 to 3 times he would or another named would spawn (heathen, captor, or firekeeper )
