these used to be monk useable i had a pair on my monk. these actually not too bad considering you only have to be lvl 1 to get them. better than cloth
Cloth has AC, these do not. hence they are worse than cloth

Just to say it, AGI boosts AC IIRC, therefore, they are just as good =)

These things can often times be found for sale on the merchant in the port authority for less than a plat even with lousy charisma.
