Sweet lotus sap, sticky lotus sap, black lotus stem and soft lotus petals are all dropped by the deep cavern lotuses in Fungus Grove.
Deep cavern lotuses are a lvl 48-49 MoB according to the bestiary here.

click the link to thick lotus paste thasts where the note is says somthing like there are 4 different things that can be used for the "lotus" part of the recipee but says nothing about where to get it

Fungus Grove, and these plants *Summon* there are about a dozen throughout the zone, but the easiest one to get is from the echo side, watch out though there are a few that are close enuf together that they will agroo you while u are attacking the other, believe pacify works, but best is to bring a chanter to mez the other ;D
