You're probably right about rogues, but bards can worship Rallos Zek.They have the option to choose all dieties at start save for inny,bertox & CT...

Since bards and rogues are not followers of Rallos Zek this is a warrior only weapon - and not a very good one either. Nice for a newbie I suppose.
