Like the mist that rolls through the jungles, the screams of the soft and terrified will fill the fields and hills of this land.

Primordial memories of things that result in the darkness of ancient voids will force the screaming souls to look toward the Faceless for an end. His will shall fill their minds like the mist that rolls through the jungle.

The black ichor of the Faceless brings life to its pages.
Dark smoke pours from the altar, like fear from the weak.
A quill desecrated in terror will inscribe the summoning words.
The bones of the altar cast shadows of things to come in this ceremony of ancient rites.
When combined, the summoning shall ensue.
When cast into the living void, the Phobonomicon shall pull from the coldest void of Fear, an ancient horror of an age forced from the memory by terror.
Thul Tae Ew, the reign of blood will begin.

This item has dropped several times now by a Thule Tae Ew lifestealer while clearing the brown lizards near the top of the pyramid.

Do you mean the pyrimid with that shaman Lizard drop the 4-slots container?

I have spent a week or so in Cazic Thule attempting this quest and I would like to thank all the people posting here as it has made the quest much easier to do. The one thing I am stuck on is the Flesh Bound Tome. I can't seem to find one. Anyone who as actually got one could you please leave a post with what part of Cazic you got it. If it does drop in 4C which I cant confirm could you put what part of 4C it drops in Thanks in advance for the help

I hunt 4c (aka Archon Pyramid) alot - never have seen this drop there, bottom or top.
Mine dropped outside of the "Silver Temple", (or "Avatar Pyramid" on the eqatlas map).

We have all the other parts for 2 ft3 necks,and about 8 more people have 3. We cant find the tome anywhere...
Any idea what mob actually dropped it?? Please Help!
