I sold one in HHK for 114pp + gp/sp/cp not bad for an item you'd never get 50pp for in the bazaar nowadays.(Truesilver Mail Coif)
i dont know about rare anymore, camped the church for a bit with a group looking for fangs, had about 10 drop in 3 hours. nice vendor trash...

Droped off some church trash while I was camping Xalgoz. Seems like a decent mid level hat, prob ask for 150 for a quick sell hopefully, or I might just vend it if it sells for more than 50.
Got one yesterday off a random mob while camping Xalgoz for his fang. Sold to a vendor in PoK for 143pp.

I picked one of these up the other day off of a Spectral Guardian. It sold to the merchants in Cabilis for ~115pp.
