Wtf. It's 26 plat! Per plant! This recipe is not worth that.
Drops off of Severg ODanos in POK; located in the western-most building. Go up the stairs, his room is the first door you'll see on the right.

Well, that's a total bummer, dude! It drops off Severg ODanos and he's in PoK? You can't kill anything in PoK, so how can you get it if it drops off him?
(Yes, I know what he meant! I was being obnoxious!)

it says its off of vendors not dropped, its on a few vendors.

Where do i get it??
anyone know if a mob drops this at all? would love to loot it instead of having to buy it every time =)
