As of the Luclin launch on the Rizlona TLP in 2021, I can vouch that River Mudhands in the small race area of Shadowhaven sells soda. It is 13pp for a stack. I did the Amulet of the Haven quest six times as soon as the expansion launched to get my merchant factions all to apprehensive or better without wearing the necklace. Definitely worth it if you’re going to spend the next few months grinding out Kaladim Constitutionals for guildies until Planes of Power unlocks and everything is easily found in PoK.

I found this on the gnome vendor alittle bit east of the Dogle bank in PoK. Sells for about 6 plat per stack if i remember correctly.

I just visited this guy looking to buy soda and soda is not in his inventory. I've looked all over POK and cant seem to find it anywhere else.
Found this recipe and thought i would give it a try for skilling.. they have, indeed fixed this so you get 'you are too inexperienced in your craft to even consider trying this recipe' .. tried at skill of 187 or so.

Best way for brewing Skill up is Essences.
Fetid Essence (Triv: 122) Fishing Grubs bought in unlimited supply from the Gnome Caden near the small bank in PoK + Water Flask cost a couple of SP's.
Everfrost/Cabilis/innothule (Triv 184/187/186)
Frost Turnip (Everfrost) Deadbone Barley (Cabilis) Innothule Mushroom(Innothule), all three items can be foraged or bought in bazaar. Deadbone tends to be alot more expensive. These like fetid are added to water. After this I turned onto GLM skilling up in Thurgadin.

As of Aug 15 2003, you can skill up on this item. I went from 21 to 58 (trivial) for less than 15 plat =) I highly recomend this route.

I have found River Mudhands in Shadowhaven so far, -424, 1378. She is not selling to me yet. Any other location known ?

i just went to river mudhands and she did not have soda.
Have you checked out EQTraders.com they have a very complete list of venders and their products.
