Ive been thru all the vendors i think i could find in all of neriak and could not find a vendor that sold this. Can anyone give me a name and specific zone (forigen quarter, commons, 3 gate).

There's also a newbie quest to receive nectar in the very top of the necro guild in Nek. The guy gives you a box, you fill it up with fire beetle eyes and he gives ya a few neriak nectars as reward.
Unless the reward is on some kind of rotation when i did this quest i got some bread.
My husband just did this and he recieved 1 Neriak Nectar and 2 Rotgrub Rye (bread) from the one turn-in.
