News flash peeps

Ok people, contain your rage and mirth. This item is only the interim piece for the quest. It has to be handed in with a drop from one of the potameids living in the river in Jaggedpine Forest. All the interim quest pieces have the same kind of stats but I guarantee the end result will be much nicer. Item should be called something like circlet of the pine.

The above guy knows his stuff. This is an interim reward, the final one should have stats like the boots, which I BELIEVE is the only one that has been finished all the way and posted. The stats are not game altering, but when the item is finished, it will probably be better that many other choices. Granted the interim item stinks, but look at the boots.

A little too little...

I believe light blue for a level 60 is 40ish. Sounds like it is intended to require a group (hence root/snare immunity on Nyunae the Cruel.) I would guess a group of 36ish is the minimum for getting this.

THEN you have to have decent tailoring (not trivial at 165.) I would have to agree that the reward isn't that great. Maybe Verant will put a focus effect on it?

You are correct in your group theory...But just to let folks know, as a 55 Magician I had no problem soloing her and would hazzard a guess just about every class can at level 50+. As it turned out, my pet soloed her and her skelly pet while I medded up. Water pet with Expedience, Burnout IV and damage shield, pet had 30% health left when he returned to me and begged forgivness for not killing her faster. :)

This is an INCREDIBLE reward for such an easy quest! This will sell for big plat! Every druid around is going to be clamoring for this and fighting over the spawns for such an AWESOME item!

Oh, no, wait. I meant to say, "This sucks". Sorry.

I don't know about you, but there are far more superior caps than this one for druids that require little more than 200pp, example Runed Circle (wis& int +4), goes for about 100-150pp on my server the Rathe. Othmir Fur Caps, which are Dex +3, Wis +6, Agi +2, Hp+7, sv cold +4, sometimes go for as little as 75pp if the trader simply wants to get rid of them. Since the Bazaar's inception many prices have been lowered considerably, I would check on your local server for this stuff and see how cheap it is.

Smells like Ro
# Aug 23 2002 at 7:09 PM Rating: Good
If you take a good look at Ro armor quests, there is usualy one peice that actualy is considered good. The rest have bonuses to the "wrong" stats or are easily replaced by something you can get much easier (and I don't mean buying it either). Admitadly the mobs required to get any of these quests done are MUCH harder than Ro mobs. Personaly I'm hoping there will be at least one peice out of the set that is worth doing. So far none of them are worth the effort (unless you just like doing quests. If you wanted to look diffrent, do the twilight quests. Harder than these, but better rewards so far. And the mobs are about equal.)

All in all, I think the developers realy goofed on this one.

I don't know if you've look at it, but all the Ro armor combined gives you a bonus to ALL your stats, that's what it was set up to do, alot of armor sets do the same thing.
