Black Root sells for 0 plat 1 gold 4 silver 3 copper to Sateal Deirosap vendor in bazaar offered by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... Current bazaar price not available....

I have a forage skill of 182 and it took me exactly 6 minutes to forage this item.
Where was I sitting in Misty Ticket ? Well, a few yards away from the cave that leads to Rivervale.
First 3 forgaged items where simple plain roots, the 4th one that came up was a Black Root

It can also be foraged outside of the bank in POK. Got one to my surprise while I was waiting to meet up with someone.
