Merchant Niwiny stocks large bricks of mithril as well as blocks of mithril in Kelethin.
The vendor that used to sell Mithril in Felwithe no longer sells Mithril (Tanalin Silverkale). Now it is only Opal Leganyn (same trader that sells all the new DoN items).

Tanalin Silverkale on the top floor of the Shop of all Holos sells these and all the other mithril blocks. He also was selling some small mithril pieces, but as it was at the end of his inventory, I am unsure if someone sold it to him or if it is normally in his stock.

The small piece was not listed as one of the items that she normally carries. This leads me to believe that it was something that someone sold to her.

also not listed is the large brick of mithril that is the reason for this thread in the first place. Could be because Merchant Silverkale and Tanalin Silverkale are not the same toon or pre and post patch info
